Business Analyst Intern

About the role

CoverGo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It suits students or recent graduates interested in product, data and process improvement, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Hybrid work is preferred, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
• Support product and engineering teams with clear specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows.
• Take part in meetings and share updates with stakeholders.
• Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making and product development.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Understanding of SDLC, user stories and requirements gathering.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organization and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City; ability to work 2-3 days per week in the office is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Excel, Notion, Jira or Figma.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or Google Sheets modeling is a plus.
• Bonus: a background in Computer Science or technical experience, and interest in product management or the software development lifecycle.
