Executive Assistant – MB Representative Office (Singapore)

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the MB Representative Office, focusing on market intelligence, brand promotion, and fostering relationships with foreign direct investment (FDI) clients. This role combines analytical tasks with stakeholder engagement to enhance MB's presence in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze market information; prepare research reports for senior management.
• Implement activities to promote MB’s brand, products, and services in the local market.
• Conduct market research, analyze industries and client segments, and propose a list of potential FDI clients.
• Identify, connect with, and support the development of FDI client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, banking, economics, or a related sector.
• Good understanding of banking operations and corporate client needs.
