International Sales Head – Vietnam (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales leader to own the launch and growth of our client’s security seal business in Vietnam. This fully remote, full‑time position will give you the autonomy to build the market from scratch, win strategic customers, and shape the sales organisation for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for Vietnam, targeting e‑commerce, logistics, oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, utilities, aviation and other supply‑chain sectors.
• Identify, engage and close key accounts, leveraging existing relationships in security seals, logistics and supply‑chain industries.
• Design and implement sales processes, pipelines and performance metrics tailored to the Vietnamese market.
• Lead the regional sales effort, reporting directly to senior directors and providing regular market insights.
• Recruit, mentor and build a local sales team as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior B2B sales leader, preferably in security, logistics, or supply‑chain related fields.
• Strong network of decision‑makers in Vietnam’s logistics, e‑commerce and industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to launch new markets and grow revenue from zero.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑driven mindset.
