Japanese‑Speaking Embedded Software Developer (C/C++/Linux)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Japanese‑speaking Embedded Software Developer to join its Cross‑Domain Computing & ADAS team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on In‑Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) and Home Appliance Linux/Android platforms, delivering high‑quality software for automotive head units and smart‑home solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis and software design.
• Develop HMI software or middleware for platform systems using C++ in a Linux environment.
• Perform testing, debugging, maintenance and problem solving.
• Collaborate with global Bosch locations to integrate navigation, autonomous driving, camera and IoT features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and C++ programming.
• Experience with Linux‑based systems.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or Agile engineering processes.
• Passion for automotive or IoT software development; automotive experience is a plus.
• All experience levels are welcome, from fresh graduates to senior architects.
