Management Accounting Assistant Manager

About the role

The Management Accounting Assistant Manager supports internal decision‑making by producing detailed business performance analyses and delivering economic information derived from accounting methods. The role also contributes to the creation and execution of management plans, ensuring financial support is aligned with business objectives to maximise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and present business performance analyses that identify, measure, and communicate economic information of business activities.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust management and execution plans to optimise financial outcomes.
• Provide financial support for plan implementation, tracking actual results against targets.
• Optimize internal policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and control.

• Experience handling moderate‑scope problems that require analysis of various factors.
• Good judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.
