Partnership Distribution Project Management Manager

About the role

The Partnership Distribution Project Management Manager will lead end‑to‑end solution design and delivery for bancassurance initiatives, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions for bancassurance projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while monitoring risks and issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and banking regulations and internal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Banking, Insurance or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Scrum or other Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Understanding of bancassurance models, insurance products, sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Basic knowledge of API integration and technical concepts.
