PR Executive

About the role

Rixos Phu Quoc is looking for a detail-oriented PR Executive to support the hotel's public relations activities and help amplify its brand across multiple channels. The role supports the PR Manager in media relations, event coordination, communications drafting and coverage monitoring, and suits a rising PR professional who enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, media pitches and PR materials, and develop written content for blogs, social media and campaigns
• Assist in coordinating interviews and media visits, and build and maintain media contact databases
• Help organise press events, press lunches and brand activations, and support their preparation, follow-up and on-site coordination
• Track media coverage, monitor competitor PR activity and industry trends, and compile PR performance reports
• Support analytics and suggest performance improvements
• Maintain positive relationships with media, partners and influencers, and represent the hotel professionally at events
• Support internal communication and ensure alignment between departments and PR messaging

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Around 1-3 years of PR or communications experience
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident and able to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment
