About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City to lead the development of a strategic Agentic AI architecture that will transform a global enterprise workflow platform used by over 500,000 users. This is a long‑term, production‑ready initiative, not a short‑term proof of concept.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents that can understand business requirements and generate complete workflow applications, including code and deployment artifacts.
• Build robust full‑stack systems around large language models (LLMs) covering orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and secure at enterprise scale.
• Measure and optimize impact on cycle time, quality, compliance, and platform cost reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with LLMs.
• Strong full‑stack software development background.
• Ability to take ownership of complex, production‑grade systems.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in large‑scale, enterprise environments.
