Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Vinova, a Singapore-headquartered technology company delivering software solutions and dedicated engineering teams to enterprise and public-sector clients across Singapore and APAC, is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager for Ho Chi Minh City. You will personally run delivery across a portfolio of concurrent client projects, owning Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) on every project and your portfolio's share of company-wide delivery KPIs. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of multiple concurrent fixed-price and time-and-materials projects, running sprint planning, reviews and client demos and acting as Project Manager when needed
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and release schedules, and keep risk and issue registers up to date
• Manage scope changes through formal change requests and produce weekly status reports and steering-committee materials
• Track company KPIs (on-time delivery, gross margin, billable utilisation, bench rate, CSAT) weekly and report monthly to the Chief Delivery Officer
• Review architecture, code, test coverage and release readiness, and apply SDLC quality gates and DevSecOps standards
• Act as primary delivery contact for clients, identify extension and upsell opportunities, and support the CDO and Solutions team on RFPs, RFIs and tenders
• Lead, coach and evaluate project managers, tech leads and engineers, forecast resources and optimise team allocation

Required profile

• 10+ years in software development or IT services, including 5+ years in delivery or project management, with a hands-on engineering background
• Proven track record managing 5+ concurrent projects with a team of 30+ people and delivering against KPIs
• Experience delivering for international clients, ideally in Singapore, Australia or other APAC markets
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: public-sector or regulated-industry delivery, cloud migration exposure, IT outsourcing background, and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, PRINCE2 or AWS/Azure architecture

Required skills

• Modern software engineering: web/mobile, microservices, APIs, cloud on AWS and/or Azure, CI/CD
• Project financials: estimation, budgeting, margin tracking, change control
• Experience leading teams across locations (onsite/offshore)
