IT Product Business Analyst / Product Owner Assistant Internship

About the role

Bosch Vietnam is looking for a proactive intern to support its Global Product & Service team in building next‑generation workflow platforms used by over 500,000 users worldwide. The role combines product analysis, business requirements gathering and assistance to product owners in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support requirement gathering, analysis and product documentation.
• Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items.
• Assist with workflow analysis, user acceptance testing and agile delivery activities.
• Explore user behavior and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in product discovery, design‑thinking and innovation workshops.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and global stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas for workflow automation and AI‑driven capabilities.

Required profile

• Final‑year or senior student in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or related fields.
• University recommendation letter for a 6‑month internship (mandatory).
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and requirement analysis.
• Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving and learning mindset.
• Proactive, responsible and teamwork‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with Low‑Code/No‑Code technologies.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Requirement analysis and user story creation.
• Familiarity with agile methodology basics.
