Talent Acquisition Intern – HR Recruitment

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within Bosch's high‑tech plant. You will support the full recruitment cycle, employer branding initiatives, and HR data management while developing event‑coordination skills in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independent end‑to‑end internship recruitment program at the plant.
• Support internal and external employer branding activities, including job postings, plant tours, job fairs and seminars.
• Manage data entry for new hires, candidate information, employee database and health check‑ups.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition supervisor and HR Business Partner.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student majoring in English, Business Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Trade or Accounting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Outgoing personality with high interest in event coordination.
• Reliable, proactive, patient and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data‑analysis tools.
• Ability to use Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or other video‑editing software (a plus).
