Agency Partnership

About the role

We are looking for a proactive professional to build and operate a global agency partner network from our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will work directly with international clients, recruiting marketing, design and development agencies to deliver projects using VibeX, an AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard marketing, design and development agencies worldwide.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, from activation to performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with global customers to ensure agency‑delivered work meets quality and timeline expectations.
• Leverage VibeX AI tools to automate workflows, create project materials and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with agency partners and client decision‑makers.
• Track partner performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in partnership management, channel sales or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate and manage agency partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with business decision‑makers.
• Good understanding of the marketing, design or development agency ecosystem.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ho Chi Minh City.
