Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking) – Fresh Graduate

About the role

As a Bridge Hardware Engineer you will act as the technical liaison between Japanese or Chinese customers and Bosch's internal software, mechanical and validation teams. You will support change‑management activities for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that product modifications are implemented smoothly and meet quality and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform hardware design analysis and component‑level compatibility checks.
• Conduct product‑level EMC and reliability testing.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants for production support.
• Handle Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and assess technical impacts.
• Work closely with software, mechanical and other validation teams to validate changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in board‑level hardware design (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, product design, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of Japanese or Chinese.
