About the role

Our new product, Upzi, developed by Navigos Group, is an AI‑powered career guidance and recruitment platform designed for Generation Z. The platform helps young talent explore suitable career paths and connects them with relevant job opportunities, while assisting companies in finding the right young professionals. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate to support these objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Upzi’s AI‑driven career guidance services to Gen Z users.
• Assist client companies in identifying and engaging with suitable young talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and employers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer support (open to fresh graduates).
• Self‑starter attitude with willingness to handle a wide range of tasks.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
• Passion for learning new things and business.
