Business Development Representative – Partnerlink

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join our Partnerlink team. In this role you will engage prospects online, identify key decision‑makers and set up introductory calls that drive our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage prospects through social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Navigate corporate structures to pinpoint buyers and decision‑makers.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls with qualified leads.
• Track, manage and report daily prospecting and lead‑generation activities to the Business Development Manager.
• Forward leads to the appropriate sales area when an opportunity is identified.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting via LinkedIn and cold‑email outreach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections, stay personable and accept coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Proven online research abilities and experience with networking sites.
