Commercial Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the role

The Commercial Manager (also referred to as Product Director) will lead the management and growth of the pharmaceutical product portfolio in Vietnam. This strategic position ensures deep product knowledge, monitors market dynamics, supports business development, and drives product awareness across the Vietnamese healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously develop the company’s pharmaceutical product range.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Support business development initiatives and coordinate with local partners.
• Promote product awareness and drive sales through targeted campaigns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in product or portfolio management, marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the Vietnamese healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
