Commercial Manager - Soluble Coffee

About the role

The Commercial Manager for Soluble Coffee will lead the international sales function, driving growth and profitability across key markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, manage a high‑performing sales team, and nurture relationships with importers, roasters, distributors and traders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies for soluble coffee.
• Lead, coach and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate pricing, contracts, volumes and delivery terms.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the global customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in international sales, commodity trading or food ingredients, with strong exposure to soluble coffee.
• Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of international trade, Incoterms, export documentation and the coffee supply chain.
