Flagship Store Manager

About the role

The Retail Bicycle Store Manager will lead the daily operations of Ride Plus' flagship store in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and safeguarding company assets while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and a welcoming environment for customers.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in the bicycle, sporting goods, premium retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
