Marcom & Partnership Executive

About the role

A MarCom & Partnership Executive acts as the bridge between marketing, sales and technology, owning sales enablement collateral, driving B2B demand generation and running co-marketing initiatives that feed the pipeline. The role suits someone who wants to build a career in high-impact B2B tech marketing under direct leadership mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers and brochures for the Business Development and Presales teams.
• Turn complex software solutions and digital transformation services into clear value propositions for decision-makers.
• Run content calendars on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook to build thought leadership and generate inbound qualified leads (MQLs).
• Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, feature sheets and campaign assets.
• Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, technical webinars and meetups with external technology partners, and align messaging and press releases with internal technical and BD teams.
• Set up and optimise EDM and business messaging campaigns, track MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and refine messaging for better ROI.
• Integrate AI workflows into content creation, research, design and automation to speed up turnaround.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, tech communications or agency environments.
• Strong written and spoken English with confident presentation skills.
• Independent, sharp copywriting ability.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on pipeline contribution (MQL-to-SQL conversion).
