About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership & Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives in Vietnam’s media and advertising sector. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for TNS Media Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

Identify, negotiate and manage partnership opportunities with broadcasters, agencies and brands.
Lead a sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
Develop and present proposals, contracts and pricing models.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal departments to align product offerings with market needs.

Required profile

5‑7 years of experience in market research, sales or business development.
At least 4‑5 years in a management or team‑lead role.
Deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Vietnam.
Professional fluency in English.
