Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive sales activities for process automation solutions in the Southern region of Vietnam. The role combines technical knowledge of instrumentation and control systems with customer‑facing sales skills to deliver projects and services that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in the Southern region to understand requirements and present automation solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations and follow‑up documentation.
• Implement projects involving field instruments (control valves, transmitters, flow meters, controllers) and control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and commissioning.
• Support marketing initiatives such as seminars and webinars when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation engineering or sales.
• Experience with Japanese companies is a plus.
• Honest, responsible, with a positive mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
