Sales Engineer

About the role

The Sales Engineer will act as the bridge between Dine VINA’s technical solutions and its B2B customers in Vietnam. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and provide basic product consultation and technical support, with training supplied by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and conduct outreach activities.
• Provide product consultation and basic technical support, with training provided.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation such as quotations, orders, and contracts.
• Generate regular sales reports and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Required profile

• University graduate, open to fresh graduates.
• Basic English communication ability.
• Strong learning attitude, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and grow within a sales environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
