Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team in expanding Cargo‑Partner Logistics’ market presence across Vietnam. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and client engagement goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share in targeted customer segments.
• Focus on country key accounts and A‑level customers with tailored action plans.
• Ensure consistent use of Salesforce as the single source of truth for the sales team.
• Collaborate with logistics and forwarding teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and sales leadership.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership, self‑motivation, and willingness to travel.
