Supply Chain Executive (6‑Month Temporary)

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will act as the primary supply‑chain representative for Sysmex Vietnam on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on managing inventory, procurement, and import‑export operations within an international healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Handle procurement activities, including supplier selection and order processing.
• Manage import and export operations, preparing customs documentation and ensuring compliance with HS‑Code classifications.
• Oversee customs clearance and resolve any post‑delivery discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless product flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supply‑chain experience in an international healthcare company.
• Proven experience in import/export operations and customs declaration.
• Strong knowledge of HS‑Code classification and ability to manage post‑delivery issues.
