Fullstack Engineer (Golang + ReactJS)

About the role

Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 serving clients worldwide in IoT, blockchain, banking, fintech, networking and ecommerce, is looking for a high-agency Fullstack Engineer (Golang + ReactJS). The engineer owns features from ambiguous requirements through architecture and implementation to live production behavior and telemetry, using an AI-first workflow with AI coding agents as daily delivery leverage while keeping strict standards on system fundamentals, Clean Architecture and data integrity. The role works with cross-border product and design teams and involves client engagement on-site and off-site.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business initiatives into shipped, measured results, challenge unnecessary features early, instrument metrics and refine solutions based on production data.
• Architect Go-based microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs using SOLID, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture and 12-factor principles, with normalized, indexed, migration-safe relational schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Ship end-to-end user flows with ReactJS (or Next.js, Vue) with responsive performance and clean API integration.
• Use coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) in a spec-driven way, review generated code and write unit, integration, contract and E2E tests within each PR.
• Deploy and containerize Go microservices on Kubernetes and Docker, instrument them with logs, metrics and tracing, and deliver permanent postmortem fixes.
• Document technical decisions, specs and PRs in English and communicate proactively across time zones.

Required profile

• 5+ years building and operating production backend services, with hands-on Go experience in the last 12 months.
• Ability to design microservices and know when a monolith is preferable.
• Independent ability to build, integrate and ship complete frontend slices.
• Fluent written English and comfort working asynchronously across time zones.

Required skills

• Go, ReactJS (Next.js or Vue), RESTful API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Kubernetes and Docker, 12-factor app standards
• Testing across the test pyramid, design patterns and Clean Architecture
• Nice to have: gRPC, SSE, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Terraform/Helm/Pulumi, OpenTelemetry/Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana, Kafka/RabbitMQ, HLS/M3U8
