Growth Executive - Credit Card Business

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Growth Executive to drive the expansion of our credit card portfolio. The role will support business growth and manage campaign operations for credit card products, focusing on customer communication and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional content and marketing campaigns for credit card products.
• Manage installment program operations in collaboration with partner institutions.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of product policies and partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, marketing or credit‑card business.
• 1‑2 years of experience in credit‑card product acquisition or retention marketing.
• Proven ability to develop marketing product and acquisition plans.
