Junior Managers Program – Fast‑track Leadership Development

About the role

The Junior Managers Program (JMP) is Bosch’s fast‑track development initiative designed to prepare high‑potential early‑career professionals for future leadership and key business roles within the Mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four to six assignments across functional areas, including one international placement.
• Participate in day‑to‑day business operations and cross‑functional projects.
• Collaborate with mentors to shape a personalized rotation plan that matches interests and skill development.
• Develop commercial leadership capabilities to manage complex customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Lead cross‑functional business topics in an international Bosch environment.

Required profile

• Strong academic record; MBA or postgraduate studies are welcome but not mandatory.
• 0‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, project or commercial management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• At least one year of international experience (study or work).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
