P2P Team Lead (Finance Shared Services)

About the role

The P2P Team Lead will head the Procure‑to‑Pay function within our Finance Shared Services centre in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring timely invoice processing, and supporting the broader finance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of P2P specialists to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Assign workloads, monitor daily performance and ensure timely completion of invoice, payment and reconciliation activities.
• Provide guidance on complex operational issues and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay processes, including purchase order matching, invoice validation, payment execution and reporting.
• Build succession capability and maintain business continuity for the P2P function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure‑to‑Pay or Shared Services operations.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center, Regional Finance Hub or multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
