Truck & Bus Breakdown Services Project Intern

About the role

Michelin Vietnam is developing a new Truck & Bus Breakdown Service to help fleets reduce vehicle downtime and improve efficiency across Vietnam. This 3-month internship lets you join a strategic business project supporting the design and launch of the service, working with Sales, Marketing, Dealers and Fleet customers. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, business analysis and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Research Vietnam's truck and bus breakdown service market and industry trends
• Interview fleet customers, dealers and service providers to understand their needs
• Benchmark competitor services and identify market opportunities
• Assist in designing the breakdown service offering and operating model
• Identify and evaluate potential service partners across Vietnam
• Support business case development, including cost and ROI analysis
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management
• Support pilot planning and cross-functional project coordination

Required profile

• Final-year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Working proficiency in Vietnamese is strongly preferred, as interviews are conducted with Vietnamese customers and stakeholders; candidates without Vietnamese will be supported by an Account Manager for field interactions
• Good command of English for business communication

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM tools, data analysis or project coordination is an advantage
