Sales Director – Core Thermal Management Components

About the role
The company is a well‑established manufacturer expanding its operations in Vietnam. It seeks a senior Sales Director to lead B2B sales of core thermal management components for data‑center and server cooling solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for thermal management products in the Vietnamese market.
- Build and maintain a network of B2B customers, including data‑center operators and OEMs.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with key accounts.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align product offerings with customer requirements.
Required profile
- Taiwanese or Chinese nationality.
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in thermal management, heat‑sink, data‑center cooling, liquid cooling or related fields.
- Proven track record of selling to large‑scale industrial or server customers.
